My tracking number from the retailer starts with TBA. What carrier is that?
Great news – Amazon is now local and has a warehouse in our city!!! Amazon is using their own Amazon drivers to deliver a portion of their packages. You can tell by the tracking number they send you for your packages. The Amazon tracking numbers start with TBA followed by a series of numbers.
The good news is some packages will arrive super-fast, but the bad news is that we at Stackry are not able to track these. The only way to track the packages is through your Amazon orders page. See this link for directions

Amazon also ships orders in multiple packages, so please confirm everything has arrived into your Stackry locker before you ship the items to the final destination.
For Amazon returns, Stackry requires a prepaid return label, a barcode will not work. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

What retailers will not ship to package forwarders like Stackry?

No, we only accept trackable mail items to your locker.

How long does it take for an Information Request or photos to be completed?
Information requests or photos are completed within 24 business hours after you make your request. The warehouse works as fast as possible to meet your requests. However, please allow up to the full 24 hours to receive your information or photo requests.

How long does it take between making payment and my package being shipped?
- Shipments that have been charged a hazmat fee can take longer to process than the normal 24 hours.
- Security has the right to hold any payment that they question for any reason. In these cases, they will ask for more information from the shipper and payor. Most of these cases take more than 24 hours to resolve.
- The package contains a problem item or items that cannot be shipped. If your package contains a problem item, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.

How long does it take for the consolidation process?
The consolidation process takes 2-3 business days to complete. The warehouse team works as fast as possible to consolidate your packages. However, please allow up to 3 business days for your consolidation to be finalized.

Can you ship Lithium Batteries?
There are increasing rules and regulations around shipping lithium batteries. International carriers limit or prohibit shipping of the following items:
- Lithium batteries contained within the device
- Lithium Batteries packaged with the device
- Lithium batteries sent on their own (loose batteries)
The different restrictions and limitations are based on the following:
- The type of battery
- How the battery is packaged
- The power of the battery (watt hours ratings)
- The number of batteries shipped together
Loose batteries are the most restricted type to ship. A battery is considered loose when it is shipped without the device it is intended to power. Examples include but are not limited to the following:
- Spare Laptop batteries
- Spare Phone batteries
- Spare Camera batteries
- Power banks (portable chargers)
The rules regarding lithium batteries also vary by international carrier.
Some carriers refuse to ship any items that contain lithium ion batteries. Others put strict limitations on what types of batteries they ship. Finally, some international carriers ship lithium batteries, but not to all countries that Stackry services.
Avoid the problems that come with shipping lithium batteries.

How quickly will I receive my package?
Delivery time depends on your location and what international service level you choose.

How can I consolidate my packages into one forwarded shipment?
- Login to your account and go to your Dashboard.
- Go to the Received Packages section and select the packages that you want to consolidate by checking the box to the left of package code.
- Click on “Add to a New Shipment” and then click “Next”.
- On the next screen, enter what is inside of your packages, where you plan to send your consolidated package, and select what carrier you will use.
- Select your shipping address.
- Select additional packaging options
- Finalize the consolidation request by clicking the “Next” button.
You cannot change or update the consolidation request until after your packages are consolidated. Once submitted, your request will show as “Consolidation Requested” under the “Shipments in Progress” tab on your dashboard. Once we finish consolidating your package, you will have a button that shows “Finalize”. You will be able see your new consolidated package information, and ship your package.

Why was my account deactivated?
There are multiple possibilities as to why your account may have been deactivated:
The most common reason for deactivation happens when the Stackry security team determines that a payment or purchase has been made fraudulently.

Why do the dimensions of my shipment matter?
The simple answer is that Stackry needs to know the dimensions of your package in order to provide a more accurate shipping price. The reason why that is, is more complicated, and explained below.
International carriers use the dimensions of your package to determine its dimensional weight. What exactly is dimensional weight, though?
Because all of Stackry’s shipments are sent via air service, in addition to considering the actual weight of each package, the carriers need to also take into consideration dimensional weight, which determines how large your package is, ie how much room it takes up on the airplane.
Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches or centimeters and dividing by a dimensional weight factor. The dimensional weight factor varies by service offering and unit of measure (in or cm).
Stackry’s partner carriers DHL, FedEx and DHL Global Mail all use a dimensional weight factor of 166. The United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx Connect do not use dimensional weight to calculate the final price of shipping.
When dimensional weight exceeds actual weight, shipments are charged according to the dimensional weight.

How long can I store my USA purchases without incurring a storage fee?
You can store your packages in the Stackry warehouse for up to 60 days.
Stackry will secure your purchases in your personalized locker free of charge for the first 45 days.
Some customers find this helpful so they can later consolidate their USA purchases and save up to 80% with our consolidation feature. That’s right — up to 80%!
After 60 days Stackry reserves the right to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of your packages without incurring any liability to you or any other party whatsoever

How much does it cost?
