Step 1: Log in to Your Macy’s Account and Click “My Account”

 

 

Once you’ve created or signed in to your Macy’s account, mouse over your name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. A drop-down menu should appear once you hover over your name, and “My Account” will be right near the top. Click that link to get started.

Step 2: Scroll Down the Account Page and Click “Profile”

 

 

Once you’re on your account page, you might not see a place to add or edit your address right away when you look at all the options there. But don’t worry: All you have to do is scroll down the page a bit and you’ll find the link on the left sidebar that says “Profile.”

Step 3: Scroll Down and Click “Add Address”

 

 

Your Profile page will feature your personal information and editing options at the top, but right underneath the “Contact/Security” section, you’ll see the section where you can click “Add Address.” The entry form will then appear right on the page for you!

Step 4: Add Your Stackry Address and Click “Save”

 

Now all you have to do is add in the details of your tax-free US address that you got when you signed up for your account with Stackry! Make sure you remember to add the details associated with your Stackry locker instead of your home address so that you can enjoy our parcel consolidation and convenient forwarding services.

 

Macy’s makes things easy for you by having the “Set As Default” box already checked so that your future purchases will automatically be shipped to your US address. So, all you need to do is click “Save”! Once you do, your address should show up correctly on your Profile page.
