Singapore applies a 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported shipments. For shipments containing items with a Customs Declared Value of S$400 or less, 9% GST is collected by Stackry.
For shipments containing items with a Customs Declared Value greater than S$400, GST remains 9% and is assessed at the border by Singapore Customs upon arrival. It is calculated on the total CIF value, including the Customs Declared Value, shipping charges, and insurance.
