What Is the National Address?

For more details and assistance with locating your National Address or Short Address, please refer to the following resources:

  1. The primary way for a company or residents of Saudi Arabia to find their national address is through the SPL Online website or the SPL mobile app.

  2. Absher and Tawakkalna Apps are Saudi government service platforms can also be used by residents to look up national address information.

  3. The Saudi National Portal offers a service to verify and manage national address information

What This Means for Stackry Customers

This step is essential. Beginning January 1, 2026, carriers will reject shipments that do not meet the new National Address requirements, meaning packages will not be delivered.

To make this process easy, Stackry has updated the shipping address form with new fields that align with Saudi Arabia’s National Address system. Simply enter your complete and accurate address to ensure your packages are delivered smoothly, on time, and without issues.
