No matter the use, hazardous materials must be handled with care. There are special regulations and procedures that must be complied with when these goods are shipped by air, especially internationally. There are numerous regulations and requirements outlining proper care for dangerous goods while on site and also in transit. The US Department of Transport has published this page to help identify hazmat materials. Click here to read more from their site.
There are hundreds of other items that fall into the category of hazmat as well. That is why our team of experts will help you navigate the shipping experience. If you have questions about why your package has been classified as hazardous or if an item you wish to purchase can be shipped, contact us at [email protected].
E-liquids (aka e-juice, smoke juice, vapor, vape) are a unique item that may or may not fall into a hazardous classification. Stackry has extensive knowledge about shipping e-liquids. In order to safely ship any e-liquid we need to have a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS or SDS form) on hand prior to shipping. This form is required due to the fact that e-liquids from different manufacturers contain different ingredients; some of them contain ingredients that cause the e-liquid to be hazardous for transportation and require additional documentation and shipping methods.
Please see the MSDS forms we already have on file. If the e-liquid that you are looking to purchase is not on this list, reach out to the retailer that you are ordering from. They should be able to supply the form. Once you have the form, send it to [email protected] to ensure we can ship the e-liquid before placing your order. Once we have the MSDS on file for that type of e-liquid then you will not need to supply it again.
Most clients are able to get this form from the retailer. If you cannot obtain the form, do not order the e-liquids. We will not ship them without an MSDS or SDS on file. For further questions on e-liquids please contact [email protected].
